24 hours notice for cancellation is required, otherwise the client is responsible for 100% of the appointment fee. Special consideration may be given to sudden sickness or emergency. This can be discussed with your therapist.

Payment methods: cash, cheque, electronic payment (credit/etransfer).

Clients, if undressed, will be draped in a sheet at all times. Usually only the body part being worked on will be exposed.
